Description of the accommodation
This beautiful farmhouse with character in Malta provides unique views. You
can look over the whole northwest of the island Malta, to the sea and the
island Gozo in distance.
The detached accommodation midst the Maltese nature is fully equipped for up
to 4 persons.
On the ground floor there are living room with fireplace, dining area,
kitchen, the main bedroom with an ensuite bathroom (shower, WC and basin)
and the main bathroom (shower, WC, bidet, basin, whirlpool).
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, gas
cooker, microwave, dishes and other kitchen equipment.
On the first floor there is a twin bedroom and a small WC with basin,
washing machine and dryer; both leading to the large terrace with wonderful
views.
On the premises, on which the farmhouse is situated, there is a very nice
barbecue with sitting accommodation. Additional there is an above-ground
pool (40x12F) and enough deckchairs with an umbrella. Parking space is
available on the premises.
The rental price includes expenses for electricity, gas, water,
final cleaning, internet flat-rate and telephone line (no call charges).
The farmhouse has air conditioners in all main rooms. Bed linen and towels
are provided.
In the living room is a flat-screen television with cable and satellite TV,
surround system, VCR, DVD player and hi-fi system with radio, CD player and
audio tape player.
Location of the accommodation
The house is quietly situated on a hill in the northwest of the island
Malta, this makes the astonishing view possible.
The northwest is still intensive agricultural. The house is surrounded by
fields with orange, lemon or peach trees, far away from the concentrated and
overcrowded tourist places.
The popular and beautiful sandy beaches, Golden Bay and Gnejna Bay, are just
6 km away. Additional the region provide well worth seeing places. The
mighty parish church of Mgarr and the remains of a Neolithic temple are just
3 km from the accommodation away. There is also the possibility of very nice
walks along the Victoria Lines with beautiful views over the whole island.

Mgarr is the nearest village, about 3 km away. That small village with just
2800 inhabitants offers everything necessitate for visitors, a few small
supermarkets, fruits and vegetable shop, bus stop, restaurants (traditional
Maltese and pizzeria), butcher, chemist, bank, petrol station and a lot of
other helpful things.
